I am going through the Employer's Disclosure Files. There is so much in there I'm certain they thought I wouldn't look. But look at this.
On paper, the government is saying I quit employment. That is why they didn't pay out severance.
The WDHP investigation has been closed and archived. Now the Third-Party Report is being archived and removed from the internet.
How much more evidence is required to prove the government is suppressing reports of antiblack racism.
I suspected as much in 2022 when I caught the WDHP removing elements of racism from my complaints. Here is the before and after. Decide for yourself.

After these changes, I messaged the head of WDHP (Jody Warner)with my concerns. I also had a meeting with Melissa Kersey and Patti Redmond. That's when they tried to push me out on suspend after promising I would not be fired for speaking up.
COMPLICIT OR MISINFORMED
I also learned something disheartening. Cordelia Clark Julien is a black woman. She sits as the Assistant Director of Social Services. I worked directly with her assitant, Nicola. On my last day in the office, Nicola walks me to my car. She tells me things are happening to and I should have faith.
However, the emails suggest something else has happening. Both Cordelia and Nicola support the actions taken against Joseph. I saw in a Facebook live video that violence is never the answer. Rachel calls her manager and says she is afraid for her life.
The only time a "weapon" is discussed is in relation to a Buffy episode. Buffy gives Dawn a cellphone. I talk about the importance of recording. It is said in a comment about George Floyd. Watch the video yourself. Would you be afraid?
Grievance Meeting Dec 6 2022



Backstory, On Nov 17, 2022, I attended training on microagresssions in the Windsor office. None of the staff were told it was about microagressions before hand. The training was done by a manager from another office due to the numerous complaints about the racism of the Windsor managers. Rachel, the woman harassing me, was on screen smiling as I watched the microagressions.
Below are screenshots of the group chat from that training session. My comments are in blue. Does this look like I am attacking the arbitrator? Nadine Bauer made national news for the antiblack racism she dealt with at Windsor's jail. Below my comments are two black women asking about the training.
Immediately after logging off I sent this email to the mediator and copied my manager. Again, does this sound like someone actions requiring discipline?
Would you be disciplined at your job for this behaviour? Or did management overreact and then scramble to bury evidence.
More importantly, how can we have faith in our social institutions when those in authority are so willing to falsify reports and ignore the law.
I'm going to reach out to Cordelia and Nicola and forward this information to them. Perhaps they misunderstood the situation and would like an opportunity to correct it. For their sake, I hope they do.
I am in the process of proving, beyond a reasonable doubt that I can predict the future. Where does the future lead for me?
Politics. I think I've proven, more than most, I will do whatever it takes to fight corruption. This, my friends, is just the beginning.
